Free WeatherData from Wolfram (Mathematica)

Mathematica users can use WeatherData[] to obtain Wolfram’s weather
data, but it turns out that Wolfram has made this data freely
available to others as well. For example:

http://dataserver.wolfram.com/WeatherData/WeatherServlet?function=StationWeather&station=KABQ&fields=period%2Ctemp&startDate=2011-01-01%2000%3A00%3A00&endDate=2011-01-04%2023%3A59%3A59

yields the hourly temperature in Albuquerque for the first few days of
the year 2011. Notice that no password, license, cookie, etc, is required.

I’m guessing you can use the same technique for other Wolfram data,
but most of that data is available elsewhere. Until now, I didn’t have
a good way of accessing bulk hourly data, and this was really helpful.
