If you repeatedly get a 403 error after installing WordPress, and
nothing else you’ve googled works, the culprit might be selinux.
selinux is devious: it hides its messages in /var/log/messages (not
/var/log/secure), *and* its log messages have “audit” in them instead
To disable it until the next reboot: “echo 1 >/selinux/enforce”
Permanently: change “SELINUX=enforcing” to “SELINUX=diabled” in
/etc/selinux/config and reboot.
