I once got Mathematica to draw graphs on a VT100 terminal (they obviously didn’t look great). How can I do this again?

(Steven): Don’t know about Mathematica, but you can always use “set term dumb” in gnuplot with the same data/function

(Vedran): Just type “math” at your command prompt, and than execute plotting commands (for example, Plot[x^2+x,{x,-3,2}]). See http://reference.wolfram.com/mathematica/tutorial/UsingATextBasedInterface.html
